Ingredients

Directions

This simple to make quick breakfast can be enjoyed on its own or with some grilled tomatoes, avocado or even a few slices of grilled bacon.

You can use any bread for this recipe, but we used wholegrain bread for that healthier factor and a lovely crunchy texture to compliment the savoury taste.

If you want to reduce the calories you can use just half of the olive oil.

NB: The nutritional information is per one serving.

Steps

1
Done

Gather your ingredients together.

2
Done

Gently whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper, (You can use a fork if you don’t have a whisk to hand).

Once cooked, remove from the pan and serve immediately while still hot.

My Name is Raymond Renard and I run www.funhealthyfood.com I am a great believer that food should be pleasurable to look at, plus be healthy, enjoyable and fun to eat. I was a chef for many years but now just enjoy cooking healthy stuff for fun, which I like to share in order to help others see that it isn't just junk food that can be enjoyable. Plus I also like to encourage others to do the same. I am married with 2 grown up daughters who are also married and great cooks in their own right, and hopefully they will be making some healthy dishes and showing them off on here in the future.
