100ml Low Sodium Chicken Stock

1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 tspn Ground Ginger

2 tspns Clear Honey

1/2 tspn Chilli Flakes
Directions
Not only is this chicken and broccoli stir fry a delicious tasting dish, it also has the benefit of being a really good source of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
This dish is quite nice and filling to eat on its own, alternatively you can have it with a light vegetable rice or side dish of your choosing.
If you are watching those calories, you can reduce them a bit more just by having less sauce with your dish.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pieces of chicken breasts, and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is partially browned and mostly cooked through. While the chicken is cooking, mix all your sauce ingredients together and put to one side. |
