This delicious banana and oatmeal breakfast smoothie is an all inclusive full breakfast in a glass, combining fruit, cereal and yogurt with other tasty goodies to keep you full and energised.

Gather all your ingredients together.

Pop them all into a blender/smoothie maker

Blend for about 2 minutes until all the ingredients are smooth

pour into one of your favourite smoothie glasses, pop in a couple of straws and drink it while it is still chilled
